We had no idea that Ari's first trip across Lake Ontario
on the high-speed ferry might well be her last, as the company
has suspended service and arguments abound concerning how to
restart it. Of course, what's important is that she had a great
time during the ride. |
Ari was a model traveler, making sure to study the
safety manual very carefully. |

It was rainy on deck, and The Breeze was an
appropriate nickname for the Spirit of Ontario. With the ferry
traveling at about 60 mph, passengers got blown around a good
deal if they ventured outside! |
Lisa bought a salad from one of the shipboard snack
bars and shared it with Ari. What an amazing baby...she grabbed
the broccoli! |

Sorry, Mom, I didn't mean to hog the good stuff...want
some? |
Our official reason to visit Toronto, other than riding
the ferry, was to celebrate the recent nuptials of our friends
Geoffrey and Tamar Singer. Ari was the hit of their cocktail
party. |

Ari flirts with the groom. Look out, Tami! |
Geoffrey contemplates what life with such an adorable
baby must be like. The parents of the newlyweds loved Ari, also...could
it be wishful thinking? |

NEXT: ARI AND THE RADIO GEEKS! |
|
The morning after the not-a-wedding-reception
party. Geoff and Tami were kind enough to offer us lodging, and
in return we helped them eat their leftovers. Ari took the task
very seriously, as you can see here. |
