What are Ari and Nanny doing with a Christmas tree?
It's Ari's first exposure to a very long-running family tradition
of spending Christmas Eve with our good friends the Eiselens. |
Here's Ari in Uncle Chris' stocking. |

Another Chanukah picture, this time with Grandpa |
Aunt Julie loves her niece! |

A few days before Christmas, we took Ari down
to Horseheads (near Elmira) to experience one of the last remaining
Lums restaurants... |
...where she posed with Daddy's hot dog, boiled
in beer in that great Lums tradition. (Solid food for Ari? Yes!
She just began eating some mushy rice cereal yesterday, and
she's getting the hang of this whole "spoon" concept!) |

Ari, Lisa and our friend Dave Gottfried, enjoying
his classic Lums "Ollieburger." (And for Grandpa, that's
a poster from the 1972 U.S. Grand Prix at Watkins Glen in the
background...) |
Did we mention it's been cold here lately?
Minus 4 last night, with wind chills down to minus 22 or so. |

A few leftover pictures from Binghamton in early
December, recovered from the roll of Nanny's film that CVS lost
for a while. |
Three cousins: Ari, Sophie and Hannah. Sophie
just got back from a trip to Korea for her Uncle Andy's wedding! |
