As we watch anxiously from up north to see what path Hurricane Irma will take across Florida, we’re thinking of all our friends (broadcast and otherwise) in the Sunshine State, and of the broadcast facilities that will soon be facing nature’s fury.
In 2011 and again in 2015, we had the opportunity to spend extended periods traversing much of Florida and documenting nearly all the towers (and many studios) from Jacksonville all the way down to Miami.
Here are links to all of the pieces we presented in this space from those two visits – and here’s hoping all these towers and buildings survive the winds and the rain, that the recovery is quick and that our friends in Florida stay safe!
THANK YOU TO ALL OUR CUSTOMERS!
The 2024 Tower Site Calendar is very, very nearly sold out.
We are so happy that we have so many supporters after nearly a quarter century of doing this. We especially appreciate the nice comments we receive from our longtime buyers.
We will not be reprinting this year’s calendar, so if you want one, order it now. We still have some previous years available if you need to fill in any gaps.
In the meantime, we still have some great broadcasting books. Check out the store!
